Lots 'o Cake Truffles!!!

Lately I've been swimming in cake balls! A friend of mine, Katie needed about 24 dozen for gifts to give some people she manages at work. I've made so many that I believe I've mastered them! I made a range of assorted cake truffles and packaged them up in these cute little boxes. What a perfect little gift...

These were white cake w/ cream cheese icing, covered in white chocolate. SO DELICIOUS!! I also made yellow cake w/ chocolate icing, chocolate cake w/ buttercream icing, chocolate cake w/ cream cheese icing, yellow cake w/ buttercream icing and red velvet w/ cream cheese icing.

WARNING!!!! CAKE TRUFFLES ARE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!! ;)
