I made Pioneer Woman's Cinnamon French toast since I could make it ahead and served with with a rainbow of fruit like the rainbow stuffed french toast. I also copied The Polka Dot umbrella's pot of gold game, which the kids are loving! Then I made pots of gold using my cupcake wrapper cricut cartridge and some rainbow ribbon.
